Keaton lives and works in Portland, OR as an orthopedic physical therapist and fitness specialist. Keaton is passionate about empowering patients to live their best lives through healthy movement. With an itch for entrepreneurship and a hunger to make the state of PT better for both patients and providers, she co-founded a nationwide physical therapy company, MovementX, which delivers personalized care to patients where they need it most; in their gym, homes, workplaces, at the park, anywhere. She graduated from Duke University in 2014 and has since received her certification as a McKenzie therapist, her Board Certification in Orthopedics (OCS), and her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). She is actively involved in state and federal governance of the profession, serving for the past 5 years as a Delegate to the American Physical Therapy Association as well as serving as Co-Chair of the global initiative, PT Day of Service. In her free time, she loves hanging out with her corgi in the great outdoors of the Pacific Northwest!
